فترة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط المنتج

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
  • مع وجود:
    • العلامات الأصلية
    • التغليف الأصلي

رسوم الشحن

  • تُطبق رسوم الشحن على جميع طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام

  • غير متاح فتح الشحنة أثناء وجود المندوب بدون طلب مسبق.
  • في حال الرغبة في فتح الشحنة للمعاينة، يمكن طلب ذلك خلال ساعة واحدة من تأكيد الطلب عبر:
    • واتساب
    • إنستجرام
    • فيسبوك
  • يتم إضافة رسوم خدمة معاينة بقيمة 20 جنيه مصري بجانب رسوم الشحن.

خطوات الاستبدال

  • قم بعمل طلب جديد.
  • تواصل معنا برقم الطلب القديم والجديد عبر أي من قنوات الدعم.
  • سيقوم فريقنا بترتيب عملية الاستبدال بسهولة وسرعة.

خطوات الاسترجاع

  • تواصل معنا برقم الطلب.
  • يتم تنسيق استلام المنتج من خلال المندوب.
  • بعد فحص المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ عبر:
    • InstaPay
    • Vodafone Cash
    • المحافظ الإلكترونية
  • يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.

  • نحرص دائمًا على تقديم أفضل تجربة استبدال واسترجاع بأسرع وقت ممكن.
  • يرجى التأكد من أن المنتج بحالته الأصلية لتجنب رفض الطلب.

 

 

Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility Period

  • You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees apply to all exchange and return requests.

Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Opening the package upon delivery is not available with the courier.
  • If you would like to request parcel inspection, please contact us within one hour of order confirmation via:
    • WhatsApp
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
  • An inspection service fee of EGP 20 will be applied in addition to shipping fees.

Exchange Process

  • Place a new order for the desired item.
  • Contact us with both the old and new order numbers.
  • Our team will arrange the exchange process for you quickly and smoothly.

Return Process

  • Contact us with your order number.
  • A pickup will be arranged through our courier.
  • After product inspection, refunds will be issued via:
    • InstaPay
    • Vodafone Cash
    • Digital wallets
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Important Notes

  • We aim to process all exchanges and returns as quickly as possible.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition to avoid rejection of the request.
