Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are prepared within one business day after order confirmation.
• Delivery within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria takes 1–3 business days.
• Delivery to other governorates across Egypt takes 2–5 business days.
• During sales periods and peak seasons, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
• For orders outside Greater Cairo, shipping fees must be paid in advance via:
  • InstaPay
  • Mobile Wallet
  • Bank Transfer
• The remaining order amount is paid upon delivery.

Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

• You may request to open the package upon delivery for a visual inspection to verify:
  • Color
  • Fabric
  • Size
  • Product condition
• If you would like to inspect the package upon delivery, please contact us within one hour of order confirmation through:
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
• An additional inspection service fee of EGP 20 will be added alongside the shipping fees.

Exchange & Return During Delivery

• If your order contains multiple items, kindly receive the full order first, then contact us if you wish to exchange or return any item.
• You may refuse the entire order after inspection; however, shipping and inspection fees will still apply.

In Case of a Product Issue

• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the product with no additional shipping charges.
• If the same item is unavailable, it can be exchanged for another product of the same value or according to your preference.
