Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days within Cairo and Giza.
• Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for the rest of Egypt.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the governorate being shipped to.
• If you request to open the package in front of the courier, you must contact us within 1 hour via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. An additional 20 EGP service fee will apply besides shipping fees.
• Opening the package is a visual inspection only to check the product quality, fabric, color, and requested size.
• If your order contains more than one item, partial acceptance is not allowed. The full order must be received first, then contact us via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp to request a return for unsuitable items.
• You may refuse the entire order after inspection, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged for a new one without additional shipping fees. If the same item is unavailable, it can be exchanged for another product to avoid losing the shipping fees already paid.
• Cash on Delivery is available.
• Shipping fees for orders outside Greater Cairo must be paid upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid upon delivery.
• Shipping fees for orders outside Greater Cairo can be paid via InstaPay, smart wallet, or bank transfer.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
• If we are unable to contact you after the second attempt, the order may be cancelled.
• During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.

• Please make sure to be available to receive your order on the delivery day.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

سياسة الشحن

• يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.
• مدة التوصيل من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل داخل القاهرة والجيزة.
• مدة التوصيل من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل لباقي محافظات مصر.
• يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب المحافظة التي يتم الشحن إليها.
• في حال طلب فتح الشحنة أمام المندوب، يجب التواصل خلال ساعة واحدة عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو واتساب، ويتم احتساب 20 جنيه مصري رسوم خدمة إضافية بجانب مصاريف الشحن.
• فتح الشحنة هو معاينة بصرية فقط تتيح لك التأكد من جودة المنتج والخامة واللون والمقاس المطلوب.
• في حالة طلب أكثر من قطعة، غير متاح استلام جزء من الطلب ورفض باقي القطع. يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل ثم التواصل معنا عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو واتساب لطلب استرجاع القطع غير المناسبة.
• يمكنك رفض استلام الطلب بالكامل بعد المعاينة، مع عدم قابلية استرداد مصاريف الشحن.
• في حالة وجود عيب صناعة، يتم استبدال المنتج بقطعة أخرى سليمة دون احتساب مصاريف شحن إضافية، وفي حالة عدم توافر نفس المنتج يتم استبداله بمنتج آخر لتجنب خسارة مصاريف الشحن المدفوعة.
• متاح الدفع عند الاستلام.
• يتم تحصيل مصاريف الشحن للطلبات خارج القاهرة الكبرى عند تأكيد الطلب، ويتم دفع باقي المبلغ عند الاستلام.
• يتم سداد مصاريف الشحن للطلبات خارج القاهرة الكبرى عبر InstaPay أو محفظة إلكترونية أو حساب بنكي.
• يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف لتجنب أي تأخير.
• في حال تعذر التواصل مع العميل بعد المحاولة الثانية، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب.
• خلال فترات العروض أو المواسم، قد تستغرق مدة التوصيل وقتًا أطول من المعتاد.

متابعة الطلب

• بعد تأكيد الطلب، سيقوم فريقنا بالتواصل معك بخصوص حالة الشحن.
• ويمكنك التواصل معنا في أي وقت عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو واتساب للمساعدة.

ملاحظات هامة

• يرجى التأكد من التواجد لاستلام الطلب في يوم التوصيل.
• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد شحن الطلب.

Exchange & Return Policy

• 7-day exchange & return from delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

• Delivery fees apply to all exchanges and returns.

• Opening the package while the courier is present is not allowed.

• If you request to open the package in front of the courier, you must contact us within 1 hour via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. Additional service fees 20 EGP will be charged besides delivery fees.

Exchange Process

• Place a new order.
• Send us the new order number along with the original order number.

Return Process

• Contact us with the order number you wish to return.
• The courier will collect the item.
• Once the item passes inspection at the warehouse, a refund will be issued via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or any smart wallet after deducting delivery fees.

• استبدال واسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، ومع العلامات والعبوة الأصلية.

• تُطبق رسوم الشحن على جميع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

• يُمنع فتح الشحنة أثناء وجود المندوب.

• في حال طلب فتح الشحنة أمام المندوب، يجب التواصل خلال ساعة واحدة عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو واتساب، ويتم احتساب 20 جنيه مصري رسوم خدمة إضافية بجانب مصاريف الشحن.

• قم بعمل طلب جديد.
• أرسل لنا رقم الطلب الجديد والقديم.

• تواصل معنا برقم الطلب.
• يقوم المندوب باستلام المنتج.
• بعد فحص المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ عبر إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش أو أي محفظة إلكترونية بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن.
